2. Contact with an IntelHealthGroup Representative
One of our IntelHealthGroup representatives will contact you to help and offer you personalized attention. This IntelHealthGroup representative will be in charge of attending to your needs; he will also inform you in detail of the Medical Tourism Process and answer any questions you may have. In case you are interested in IntelHealthGroup services, you will be asked to fill in a service and medical information application to be sent to IntelHealthGroup..

3. Service Application
The Service application and medical information will allow the team of medical specialists to evaluate your case. From this evaluation the best options available will be identified -taking into account aspects and priorities indicated by you; such as destiny, dates and others.

4. Service Application Results
Once your application results are ready, our IntelHealthGroup representative will contact you again to inform you of these results and offer you a fully detailed service proposal and its final cost. Our representative will also assist you with all the procedure details, specialist, hospital, stay, flight or itinerary proposal, transportation, and more. At this stage a conference call with your specialist can be arranged if you wish and you can also be in contact with him/her through by e-mail.

5. Service Reservation and Medical Programming
In case you decide to accept our service, you will be asked to make a deposit in an IntelHealthGroup bank account for administrative expenses, reservations, medical programming and all the necessary arrangements. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel the process, a proportional amount of the cost will be reimbursed after calculating costs incurred.

6. Itinerary Confirmation
Once the deposit is made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and one of our IntelHealthGroup representatives will contact you again to give you more information and indications; itinerary, airline ticket code and all the information about your IntelHealthGroup assistant who will be assisting you in your city of destination during your stay.

7. Departure/Arrival
You will have to take your flight on the date agreed upon to the city of destination where you will have your medical service. An IntelHealhGroup assistant will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to the hotel and he/she will also be in charge to assist and guide you during your stay. The IntelHealthGroup team is trained to offer you the attention you will need and is also bilingual.

8. Before you receive your Medical Service
When you are in the city of destination as per your itinerary, your IntelHealthGroup assistant will take you to a previous medical procedure visit where you will have the opportunity to meet the specialist in charge of the procedure. In this visit, the doctor will do a final check up to ensure that everything is ready. The IntelHealhGroup assistant will be in charge of the procedure for your internship admittance into the hospital.

9. Medical Service
At this point, you already know that medical service will take place in the best Hospitals in the country and by a highly certified and trained group of medical specialists

10. Recovering
After being discharged from the hospital, the IntelHealthGroup assistant will take you back to your hotel for your recovery and will also take care of you until you are completely recovered and the doctor indicates that you are ready to make the trip back home. You always have the option to extend your stay in case you want to take advantage of the tourist attractions the city has to offer. Each destiny has a wide variety of interesting sites. 11. Back Home
Finally, once the requirements of your stay have been met and with the approval from your doctor, the IntelHealthGroup assistant will be in charge of taking you to the airport so you can take your flight back home. After your return home, the IntelHealthGroup representatives that took care of your case, as well as our team, will be available for any future requirement or question you may have.
